Program ‘We and the Others’ in Krusevac
Krusevac, 13 April –The play `In/visible town` of Dah Theatre from Belgrade in the hall of the Krusevac cinema building was a unique reward for the gathered high school teachers, pupils and representatives of nongovernmental organizations working in the field of culture, for successfully performed local activities in March and April. At the same time, this was the closing of the first cycle of the project ’For Culture in Serbia’, of Dah Theatre and Group 484 in Krusevac.
Guests from Economic and Trading School, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School, Technical School, Music school Stevan Hristic, as well as from the organizations: Romani Cikna, Youth Association, Alternative Centre for Girls, People to People, Generator-Vranje), and Krusevac Cultural Centre were not just viewers, but active participants of this event.
This gathering was preceded by: two-day seminar in March (8 and 9 March) ran by Dah Theatre and Group 484 and local activities (5 in total) realized by mixed teams consisting of people from schools, nongovernmental organizations and cultural institutions. Through all these activities, high school teachers implemented the program ‘We and the Others’, accredited as a program of professional development with the Serbian Institute for the Development of Education.
