Invitation to tender: experts for conducting training for improving project proposal development skills
INVITITATION TO TENDER
For the engagement of three experts for the preparation and delivery of a two-day training, as well as one expert for conducting two mentoring sessions within the training, for representatives of local civil society organizations, informal initiatives, and activists, within the project “Unite and Act for the EU: Marginalised Young Women Empowered for Activism in Southern and Eastern Serbia”, funded by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia.
Within the project, and in line with the planned activities, a two-day training is foreseen aimed at improving project proposal development skills as well as two mentoring sessions aimed at improving project proposal development skills is planned. The activity is focused on strengthening the capacities of representatives of local civil society organizations, informal initiatives, and activists to prepare and develop project proposals, through work on all key elements of the project
cycle, including the development of project ideas, definition of objectives and expected results, planning of activities, budgeting, and the monitoring and evaluation framework.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFER
The deadline for receiving a proposal is May 29, 2026, 17.00 hours.
