 This report is dealing with the readiness of Serbia to fulfil basic legal and technical criteria imposed by the European Union Plan for the Liberalisation of the Visa Regime with the Republic of Serbia (Road Map), with special emphasis on additional (specific) criteria made by European Commission on July 15th 2009. The criteria are divided into 4 blocks: security of documents, integrated border management, public order and security (preventing and combating organised crime, terrorism and corruption), as well as external relations related to movement of people (freedom of movement of Serbian nationals, conditions and procedures for issuing personal documents, and civil rights, including protection of minorities).
