 In this report, we recapitulate year 2008 from the perspecitve of Group 484. This report, summarises the topics we were dealing with, our intentions and achieved results. We tried to provide as clear and accurate picture of our activities in 2008 as possible, those related to people in migration, in the field of interculturalism (especially related to youth), our contribution to poverty reduction of vulnerable people (particularly refugees, IDPs and returnees). We also started exploring some new fields: regional research of economic migration, inclusion of vulnerable groups (especially refugees and IDPs) in the procedure for enforcing the Social Housing Law, cooperation with the UNIDEA Foundation as a new form of cooperation between civil and business sector, psychosocial support to returnees of mainly Roma ethnic background. In this report, you will also read what events/moments/experiences were estimated as the most important for 2008 by people who were leading organisation, programmes and projects of our organisation. They answered the same questions, from personal and professional perspectives. This review highlights our activities, provides additional information and depicts our emotions.
Furthermore, as previous reports, it offers possibilities for obtaining information on the work and activities of Group 484, but also on partners and donors we have established excellent cooperation with.
